Project Starlight is an online learning tool. The main goal of project Starlight is to engage the student in an interactive media intensive learning situation, which complements their existing school curriculum. Students will be able to see via virtual simulations, the real world applications of subject matter they were taught in a classroom. These simulations will be packaged primarily but not limited to interactive books, videos and games. The Student will also be presented with tools to track their own progress, and seek assistance from their peers. This will help promote a distinctive learning path in a very relaxed informal setting. The intended initial target audience will be Caribbean students particularly from the elementary to secondary school levels. Ultimately project Starlight seeks to make the learning process innovative and fun.
